1. Coverage Period

This replacement guarantee is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

We will offer a free replacement if the product experiences manufacturing defects under normal use, including:

• Manufacturing faults
  
• Material or workmanship defects
  
• Functional failure not caused by user damage
  

3. What Is NOT Covered

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, breakage, misuse)
  
• Water damage (unless the product is explicitly waterproof)
  
• Wear and tear from regular use
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage
  

4. Replacement Process

To request a replacement, the customer must:

1. Contact our support team within the warranty period
   
2. Provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
   
3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
   
4. Wait for verification from our team
   

If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the defect is confirmed: we cover all replacement costs
  
• If the issue is not covered under warranty: customer may need to cover shipping or repair costs (if applicable)
  

6. Processing Time

Replacement requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

7. Final Decision

The company reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a product qualifies under this warranty.

আমরা আমাদের পণ্যের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করতে এবং গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টি বজায় রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। এই পলিসিতে ১ বছরের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টির শর্তাবলি উল্লেখ করা হলো।

১. গ্যারান্টির সময়সীমা

এই রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১২ মাস (১ বছর) পর্যন্ত কার্যকর থাকবে।

২. যা কভার করা হবে

স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারের সময় কোনো ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে আমরা ফ্রি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করবো, যেমন:

• উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি
  
• মেটেরিয়াল বা কারিগরি ত্রুটি
  
• ব্যবহারজনিত নয় এমন ফাংশনাল সমস্যা বা নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়া
  

৩. যা কভার করা হবে না

এই গ্যারান্টির আওতায় নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলো অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়:

• গ্রাহকের ভুল ব্যবহারে ক্ষতি (ফেলে দেওয়া, ভেঙে যাওয়া ইত্যাদি)
  
• পানি বা তরলের ক্ষতি (যদি পণ্যটি ওয়াটারপ্রুফ না হয়)
  
• স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারের ফলে হওয়া ক্ষয়ক্ষতি
  
• অনুমোদনবিহীন মেরামত বা পরিবর্তন
  
• ভুলভাবে ব্যবহার বা সংরক্ষণের কারণে ক্ষতি
  

৪. রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া

রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই:

1. নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে
   
2. ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ (অর্ডার আইডি বা রসিদ) প্রদান করতে হবে
   
3. সমস্যার স্পষ্ট ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠাতে হবে
   
4. আমাদের টিমের যাচাইয়ের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হবে
   

অনুমোদিত হলে আমরা বিনামূল্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পণ্য পাঠাবো।

৫. শিপিং খরচ

• যদি ত্রুটি নিশ্চিত হয়: সম্পূর্ণ রিপ্লেসমেন্ট খরচ আমরা বহন করবো
  
• যদি গ্যারান্টির আওতায় না পড়ে: গ্রাহককে শিপিং বা অন্যান্য খরচ বহন করতে হতে পারে
  

৬. প্রসেসিং সময়

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অনুরোধ সাধারণত ৩–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে।

৭. চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত

পণ্যটি গ্যারান্টির আওতায় পড়ে কি না, সে বিষয়ে কোম্পানির সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
